My order didn't arrive, or arrived late. What do I do?

Well, cover my ass like moss on a Mississippi tree stump.

We try to make sure everything arrives on time, but once it leaves our warehouse we’re at the mercy of our carrier pigeon, Sir Tobin, and his gaggle of hombres over at the postal services.
