What if I'm moving?

Found a new house to kick back and relax? Congrats! We love that you found a new home!

Now the only way we can know about these sweet milestones in your life if you let us know!

This can be done by updating the shipping address on your account or by emailing us at customerservice@shinesty.com and providing the new address for us then we will take care of the rest!

Don't forget we do have a skip feature where you can skip a month or two of renewals so that nothing gets lost during the move! This can be accessed via account setting or by asking one of our beloved customer agents via email!

If you have any trouble logging into your account it may not be activated yet so feel free to shoot us an email requesting another invitation to be sent if you can't find that old email lying around!
