"My order was stolen! What do I do now?"

We're terribly sorry this happened to you.

Sadly, since the shipping service is a separate service provider our hands are tied. Once the order leaves our Distribution Center and heads towards the address provided at checkout it's the responsibility of the shipping carrier to transport it safe and sound to your doorstep.

We recommend filing a claim with the shipping service associated with your order to see if they can reimburse you. Here's a list of companies we use for shipping and a link to their claims pages:
