My order didn't go through but I still got charged. Where are my monies?!?!?!

In these cases, most banks will still allow the purchase to go through, setting the funds for the purchase amount aside, despite this information being incorrect.

Shopify, our processing company, will always decline a transaction that fails an address or CVV check. Shopify will not collect the funds that your bank has put on hold. Your bank will release the funds to you at a later date per their policy. This can often take up to 10 business days.
