I never received my gift card. What's the deal?

Check your junk and spam folders on the email you used to buy the gift card. If you still can’t find it, reach out to customer service and we can resend that email to you.


To reach out to customer service -


You'll need to click the, "email us", button. Then, after suggested articles are brought up for you click the "I Still Need Help, Submit my question" button on the bottom left of the popup to send us an email or chat in.


After you hit, "I still need help", above it'll bring up this screen. Then, you can either chat with us during business hours (M-F 9AM-5PM MST) or email us and we'll get you squared away!
