Navidium is shipping insurance that covers packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
"What do we deem a lost order?"
Shipment states ‘delivered’ to the address provided at checkout but you have not received it
Tracking has not updated for 2 weeks from ship date
"What is considered a damaged order?"
Items that were damaged in transit
Some of your order is missing due to the box/package opening during transit
"How to submit your claim"
Contact us at [email protected] with the email address you used to place your order. A member of our customer support team will assist as soon as possible.
What to include in your claim email:
Subject line: CLAIM for order #(your order number)
Description of your issue
Photo evidence of damage(if applicable)
There is a 7 day waiting period for orders marked as delivered. Oftentimes, these orders show up within 2-3 days of being marked as delivered.

Missing packages or packages returned to sender due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
