"What does pre order mean?"

When an item is on "pre order" that means it's making its way to us but isn't here just yet.

"When does it typically ship?"

Shipment dates for pre order items will vary based on the date they are expected to arrive at our Distribution Center. 

"When can I expect my tracking information ?"

Once your order has shipped you'll get an email with the tracking details so you can keep an eye on your package as it makes its way home and into your loving arms.
