We have a self-service returns and exchanges portal to help you quickly process your return or exchange. Make sure you have your order number and shipping zip code readily available.
Items are eligible for return or exchange if:
Postmarked within 30 days of its marked delivery date
Unworn, unwashed, unaltered
Have all tags, including Shinesty hangtags attached
Note: All underwear being returned will receive store credit even if they are unworn and in the packaging. (We have to do this for sanitary reasons.)
Items are ineligible for return or exchange if:
Damaged/Worn Items
Returns received after 30 days
Free gifts or promotional items are not refundable for retail value or exchangeable
New items with missing/damaged packaging
Shipping charges
Import or VAT charges
Mystery items are unable to be returned or exchanged
If you're returning items from multiple orders please be sure to submit a return request for each order and pack them in separate packages.
