Automatic Retry After Updating Your Card

  1. Failed Payment Notification

    • If your payment card fails, you will receive an email notification letting you know about the issue.
  2. Update Your Payment Information

    • Log in to your account on our website.
    • Navigate to Account Details section.
    • Update your payment details with a valid card by clicking Edit under Payment Method.
  3. Automatic Retry

    • Once your payment information is updated, our system will automatically retry the payment within the next few days.
    • You don’t need to take any additional steps. The payment will be processed using your updated card information.
